We kindly ask that you take note of all our shipping and return policy. I understand Orla Luxe does not offer refunds, exchange or store credit on all final sale items. We also want to remind you that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped out from our store. We want to make sure that you receive your package safe and sound, so in the event that your package is lost or stolen, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier to file a claim. Lastly, please keep in mind that no changes can be made to any order once it has been placed.
